At the Yuppy Puppy Day Spa, we love what we do! We pride ourselves on providing you and your furry friends with unwavering time, care and attention. We are not a production line like many other salons and we treat each dog on an individual basis, this however comes at a price and we want to be completely transparent with our pricing structures.
For a long time we have been undercharging on many services and this has put us in the very difficult situation of either rectifying this or closing our doors. After seeking professional advice we have reached the conclusion that we need to restructure our pricing, this will allow us to continue to provide the high level of personalised care and attention that each dog requires – giving your dog, the client, the best experience possible.
Please see below our updated prices and packages available. These changes will be coming into effect as of Monday 14th June. We greatly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.

24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS. LESS THAN SUFFICIENT NOTICE MAY RESULT IN 50% PAYMENT OF YOUR MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE TO BE SETTLED PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
48 HOUR APPOINTMENT REMINDERS ARE SENT OUT TO ALL CLIENTS.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR ALLOCATED APPOINTMENT TIME IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED AND 100% OF THE GROOMING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SETTLED PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

We accept puppies once they have been fully vaccinated. This is usually around 16 weeks of age. We suggest that your puppy has at least 2-3 puppy introduction appointments before they have length off the body. This way they have a chance to build a relationship and trust with us. Remember the younger you get your puppy started the better. We can also then work out the best grooming schedule to suit your dogs coat type and your lifestyle.
The Yuppy Puppy Day Spa operates on an appointment basis with appointments made according to the service and needs your dog requires. We aim to have your dogs grooming process finished within a 2-4 hour period.
We will ask you to come into the salon for a consultation so we can ascertain whether we can safely remove the matting without the risk of injury or whether you will need to go to a groomer that works out of a vet for your dogs safety. Unfortunately once your dog reaches the point of being matted there is no other option but to shave the coat off and start again. Shaving off a matted coat is not the easy option, removing a matted coat safely requires expertise and skill and your dogs safety is of the utmost importance.
The Yuppy Puppy Team are all dog lovers and dog owners. Never will we put your dog in a situation where they feel they can’t cope. Your dogs safety and welfare is of the utmost importance. We treat every dog as an individual and as such they are housed while with us in accordance with their needs. For OHS reasons we don’t have dogs running feely around the salon for their safety and ours. If your dog is not happy in a crate we have a puppy playroom that they can utilize or they will be personally minded one on one with a trained staff member.
